1. DT3 may sell Openbox products, which are items whose boxes have already been opened, security seals broken, or that have been displayed at trade shows and events.

  2. It is hereby clarified, for all due purposes, that products in the Openbox category may contain manufacturing defects or the possible absence of accessories and components. Products that participated in trade shows and events were only displayed and were not used.

  3. We emphasize that all specific characteristics of each Openbox product will be clearly detailed in the product description and visibly identified through photos. These particularities do not compromise the product’s use or safety in any way.

  4. Openbox products are unique and, therefore, available in limited stock. One unit will never be identical to another.

  5. As these are products that have been previously opened, they may present occasional assembly issues, as well as the absence of a physical manual and/or accessories (as mentioned in item 2). In other words, an Openbox product will always be in a condition different from that of a new product and, therefore, is resold at lower prices when compared to new/sealed products.

  6. Openbox products are offered exclusively on the website dt3.com/openbox/. By accessing the product description and photos of the item of interest, the customer will obtain all information regarding the actual condition of the product, clearly presented through descriptive text and images.

  7. Prices for Openbox products will be determined exclusively by DT3.

  8. Products sold as Openbox are not covered by a contractual warranty and are protected only by the legal warranty, which has a term of 90 (ninety) days from the date of receipt of the product, in accordance with Article 26, §1, of the Consumer Defense Code.

  9. The SPECIAL warranty is offered exclusively for products belonging to the Office line (Scuderia) and the Sports line (Elite), and provides a period of 2 years for the internal structure (backrest and seat) and 1 year for all other parts.

  10. DT3 is committed to the complete satisfaction of its customers. In accordance with Article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code, the customer may withdraw from the purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product. Please note: the CDC does not guarantee the right to continuous use of the product for 7 days. This right is intended for evaluation, testing, and trying the product.

  11. The customer is aware that, if the product purchased as Openbox cannot be shipped or is lost, misplaced, or damaged during transportation, making delivery under the agreed conditions impossible, the amount paid for the product will be refunded, since Openbox products are unique items and cannot be replaced by another with identical physical conditions.

  12. Under no circumstances will an Openbox product be replaced with a “new” or, in other words, sealed product.
